This website is published by AVM Solutions Pvt Ltd. It describes our services and past work. Nothing on it constitutes a binding offer, a quotation, or professional advice for your specific situation.

Case studies describe real engagements. Outcome figures are those reported by the client or measured in the delivered system at the time of writing, and are specific to that business. They are not a projection of what your engagement will return.

Every engagement is governed by a separate signed agreement covering scope, fixed price, milestones, acceptance and support. Where these terms and that agreement differ, the signed agreement governs. Our stated minimum engagement is ₹10 lakh.

On an AVM engagement you own the code, documentation and credentials we produce for you, from day one. This site's own content, design and the AVM and Ad Victoriam marks remain our property and may not be reproduced without written permission.

Links to live client systems and third-party sites are provided for reference. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content, availability or practices.

This website is provided as is. To the extent permitted by law, we accept no liability for loss arising from reliance on information published here. Liability arising from an engagement is addressed in that engagement's agreement.

These terms are governed by the laws of India, with courts at Pune, Maharashtra having exclusive jurisdiction, unless an engagement agreement specifies otherwise.

We may update these terms. The date above reflects the current version, and material changes affecting an active engagement will be communicated directly.
