Fragmented lead flow, inconsistent property data, no central tool for a fast-growing brokerage trying to scale across Pune's micro-markets. Agents were losing deals to slow response times and unclear inventory.

What we built

A full real estate platform: property listings, neighbourhood guides, builder directory, EMI calculator, blog engine, RERA verification, compare & shortlist tools, WhatsApp-integrated lead capture. Every module designed around the brokerage's actual workflow.

Our role

Designed and delivered in collaboration. AVM Solutions led the system design, offline-to-online transition strategy, and patient-journey mapping — defining how the clinic's operations translate to a trustworthy, conversion-focused digital presence.

Design through implementation usually runs 4 to 9 months, depending on scope and how ready your team is. Faster with a clear brief and engaged leadership. Smaller, focused builds can ship in 8 to 12 weeks.
Q 02What is the minimum engagement?+
₹5 lakh. This covers focused, narrow-scope work — a practitioner platform, a clinic website, a single-function internal tool. Larger systems scale from there and are priced per scope. Every engagement is fixed price, not time-and-materials.
Q 03What technology do you use?+
Whatever is modern, reliable, and right for your project. We're stack-agnostic. We choose what will make the system efficient and maintainable for the next decade — not what is trendy this quarter.
Q 04Do you work outside India?+
Yes. We serve clients across India and internationally. Work is remote-first; on-site available by arrangement, especially for Pune, Mumbai, and Bangalore.

You own all code, documentation, and credentials from day one. When you're ready to take things in-house, we hand over cleanly with a knowledge-transfer window. No lock-in, no surprises.
